Terms of Use

ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these “General Terms of Use” is to legally govern the use of the ZenintheCity.shop website and its services.

This agreement is concluded between:

The website manager, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”,

Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as “the User”.

The General Terms of Use must be accepted by every User, and their access to the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

ARTICLE 2: Legal Notice

The ZenintheCity.shop website is published by Claire Baronnet, residing at 26 rue de la Galissonnière, 78960 Voisins le Bretonneux.

ARTICLE 3: Access to Services

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the start of service use.

ARTICLE 11: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law.

In the event of an amicable dispute not being resolved between the User and the Publisher, the Versailles court has jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
